I had been waiting for the Smart Balance spread to go on sale, but it got to the point where I needed to buy some and could not wait any longer. $2.99 is not a bad price to pay ($2.49 with coupon), since the sale prices are usually around $2.50.
$3.50 is not the best sale price for Edy's bars; I've seen them usually on sale for $3.00 and rarely for $2.50. But, this was an example of having a craving for something and seeing the coupon just itching to be used.
